STEP 1: Choose Products and Upload Your Logo
Shop any mix of apparel or promotional products. Once you’ve figured out what products you’d like to get customized, you can fill out the product imprint inquiry found on the product page (click on the button “Start Designing” located under the price chart). STEP 2: Reviewing Price Proposal + Mock Up
Once we receive your inquiry, our design team will create a free mock-up and a price proposal for you to review and approve within 24-48 hours. Once the price proposal and mock-up have been approved, we can then create an official order for you.
STEP 3: Review Sew-Out Before Production
After paying for your order, we will then send a sew-out for you to approve before going into production. A sew-out is your artwork/logo embroidered on a piece of fabric so you can see the quality of our embroidery, as well as make any final changes to the thread colors before moving forward into production. Once we get your approval of the sew-out, your order is then placed in line for production the following day. Our standard production time is 5-7 business days.
STEP 4: Ready to Ship!
After *5-7 business days in production, your order is then ready to be shipped! We will updated you with tracking information to make sure your package gets to you on time and, safe and sound.
