To qualify, simply initiate the return within 15 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. Your form of payment will be credited after NyFifth has received and inspected the returned merchandise. For all the orders, we will reimburse you the full order amount less the original shipping cost. An additional 25% re-stocking may also be added depending on the quantity and the nature of the order.
