The ultimate rain jacket is waterproof, windproof, and has plenty of stretch for ease of movement. 92% polyester/8% spandex waterproof body fabric with breathable TPU membrane, mesh lining, three-piece hood, inner storm flap, half-elasticized cuffs with self-goods hook and loop tab.
