what is screen printing?
|

Screen printing,or silk screen,is when your design gets printed onto a stencil(or a "screen") and then is laid on top of the
|
|
shirt or accessory.Using the screen,ink is then spread on top and slips through the screen where only the design has
|
|
been printed on.If you logo has more than 1 color,we must print out multiple screen and repeat the process until we
|
|
achieve the finished look.Afterwards,the ink then sets on the shirt as is set aside to dry.

Q: Do you have a minimum order for screen printing?
|
|
A: Yes,the minimum order for screen printing is 15 pieces.

Q: What instances would you recommend screen printing over embroidery?
|
|
A: We recommend screen printing if you're ordering in bulk-as pricing will definitely be lower than logo
|
|
embroidery.Knowing this,there are other advantages to screen printing as well as disadvantages that you need to

Q: Which file formats are acceptable for my artwork?
|
|
A: For the mock-up,we take any file!Although,we do recommend files to be high-quality.if you plan on placing
|
|
the order,we will require the image in vector format.For vector files,we accept the following:AI,EPS,PDF,and SVG.

Q: What if i cannot create a vector file for my image/logo?
|
|
A: If you cannot provide the vector file for your artwork,we can have our design team create a vector file for you.If
|
|
the artwork is complicated,we will charge you for the artwork conversion.
|
|
Q: Do you provide production samples?
|
|
A: unfortunately,we do not provide production samples to our customers.We do,however,provide a final
|
|
mock-up with the measurements and imprint locations for you to review before going into production.

Q: Do you match PMS colors?
|
|
A: Yes,we try to match as closely as possible to PMS colors of your choice!If you have a certain PMS color(s) you
|
|
want to use for your logo/design,please let us know when you're submitting your inquiry so we can create the
|
|
|
|
Q: Can you screen print on all hats?
|
|
A: Unfortunately,we cannot screen print on all caps.The only hats we can screen print on are 5-panel caps or
|
|
caps with a form front.The only reasons we cannot screen print on 6-panel caps is because of the seam that runs
|
|
down the middle in the front of the cap will ruin the design.

Q: You guys have so many shirts to choose from!Which blank shirts would you recommend for screen
|
|
printing that's also affordable?
|

A: We offer a variety of blank t-shirt from top blak t-shirt brands like Gildan,Bella+Canvas,Hanes,Champion
