We needed our order with a quick turn around time - less than 2 weeks - and the service was excellent. They continually followed up with product updates and were able to accommodate our quick turn around time. The jackets arrived yesterday and were excellent quality. We have a left chest embroidery and the quality of the work was superb, though a little smaller than expected. I would definitely order from them again (not to mention that their prices are much much lower than other customized jackets of this brand)
