High quality, multi-use poncho made from waterproof New Englander Polyurethane bonded to a knit backing. Features heat-sealed seams and hood with snap neck & drawstrings for added wind/rain protection. Side snap closure under arms. Coordinates with New Englander Pant style 9198.
