The ANSI 107-2015 compliant soft shell hooded jacket is constructed from "Soft Shell" material; carefully engineered to be highly water resistant, windproof and breathable. Providing warmth without the weight or bulk, the Soft Shell Hoodie Jacket is the next generation of "hoodie," allowing for exceptional breathability while keeping the wind and moisture out. 3M Scotchlite™ Reflective Material is used for Xtreme Visibility.
