You may either go to the product page, click on the "Create your own Virtual Spec" under Imprint Options to fill all the required field, OR
You may email the details of your request with the image file(s) to support@nyfifth.com. We will provide a firm quote and expected time of completion. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a firm quote via email, once you have submitted all the necessary information.
We will provide an electronic proof for your review. Once approved, we will start production.
We bill actual merchandise at the time of order and bill the balance for Printing Services once items have shipped.
If there is a rush request, you must call 510-585-6724 for special instructions and pricing.
A minimum of 12 pieces is required for all printing services.

Digitizing Fee: $15 per 1,000 stitches. Minimum charge is $50. Fee is waived for orders of 100 pieces or more.
Spoilage: We allow for 2% damage. We will credit accounts for spoliage in excess of one piece or 2%, whichever is greater.
Personalization: $6.00 first line; $1.50 for each additional line.
Rush Charges
of 30% apply to any order if less than 7 working days from receipt of art and merchandise.
Production Schedule: 5-7 working days upon receipt of art, merchandise & order approval.
Important Notes:
All Printing services are non-refundable and we do not allow exchanges on printed merchandise.
Expected times of completion can range from 7 business days to 4 weeks depending on commitments at the time of your order.
Free Shipping promotions are not included for Custom Screen Printing Services. Freight will be billed once shipped via UPS or USPS
